After the terrorist attack in Vienna, the principal of the Wolfgarten primary school in the diocese of Eisenstadt wrote a post on Facebook on Monday night with the content: “Terror in Vienna! Refugees welcome! …” This now has disciplinary consequences – was posted Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. suspended from office, the diocese confirmed.
The post, which has now been deleted, was written relatively shortly after the attack. “The principal has been asked not to enter the school,” the diocese said.
