Vienna (OTS) – So far there have been 118,198 positive test results in Austria. As of today (November 3, 2020, 9:30 a.m.), 1,192 people in Austria have died as a result of the corona virus and 74,292 have recovered. Currently, 2,431 people are in hospital treatment due to the coronavirus and 366 of them are in intensive care units.
New infections since the last report are distributed among the Austrian federal states as follows:
Burgenland: 132
Carinthia: 234
Lower Austria: Due to technical problems, no new infections could be reported today.
Upper Austria: 1,098
Salzburg: 236
Steiermark: 592
Tyrol: 560
Vorarlberg: 500
Vienna: 830
The Ministry of Health dashboard is operated by the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES) and can be accessed at the URL covid19-dashboard.ages.at.
