The Minister of Health emphasizes: There should be no crown controls in the private sector.
Health Minister Rudolf Anschober (Greens) and ÖVP club president August Wöginger claimed Tuesday that they did not want to police the crown in non-public areas. “We have no interest in doing any controls in the private sector,” Anschober stressed. Wöginger said it would be better to appeal to people’s personal responsibility.

These controls “will not exist, regardless of whether it is legally possible or not,” said Anschober, who was asked about the attorneys’ statements.
