In the case of the Commerzialbank Mattersburg, bankruptcy proceedings were opened in the Eisenstadt regional court on Monday by former Commerzialbank supervisory board Ernst Zimmermann, creditor protection associations KSV1870, AKV Europe and Creditreform announced. 98 employees and around 65 creditors are affected.
