With anger in their stomach, SSC Napoli swept Atalanta 4-1 off the field in the top game of Italian Serie A on Saturday. Gattuso’s team improved at least temporarily to 3rd place in the table, Atalanta remains second.

As reported, the league had punished SSC Napoli with a one-point deduction for not showing up for the main match at Juventus on October 4 and qualified the match 3-0 for Juve. Before the match, two SSC team players had tested positive for COVID-19. Napoli has protested the decision.
