The Vienna Stock Exchange closed the session on Friday with firm prices. The leading ATX index gained 0.85 percent to 2,195.32 units. The broader ATX Prime was up 0.81 percent to 1,123.27 units. In doing so, the domestic indices offset at least some of the significant losses from the previous day.
Despite numerous uncertainty factors, such as the growing number of new corona infections and Brexit concerns, which were rekindled today, things were on the rise again before the weekend. Reports from companies related to Vienna remained rare.
The friendly voices of analysts raised some individual values. Semperit rose after an update by the Erste Group by 4.38 percent to 22.65 euros. BAWAG also closed with a significant price increase of 3.46 percent to 32.90 euros. Credit Suisse had included the shares in its hedge.
Things went downhill for Immowerte. Immofinanz fell 2.05 percent, UBM lost 1.64 percent. CA Immo posted a 1.12 percent drop. s Immo were 0.13 percent lighter after trading.
