That was probably the surprise of the night! The pricing team did not fully agree.
The first season of “Masked Singer” has ended. The Yeti won the race and beat Lipizzaner in the final. But who was under the fancy horse costume? The jury was not entirely sure.
Nathan Trent, Elke Winkens, Sasa Schwarzjirg and Manuel Rubey threw all kinds of names. From Eva Maria Marold to Sarah Connor, everything was there. Only Sasa decided to get engaged to Simone Stelzer shortly before the unmasking.
In fact, he was supposed to be right. The former ESC candidate won the silver medal for “Masked Singer.” Someone who knew from the start who was under the horse’s head: society expert Dominic Heinzl.
“I will not accept that”
In the follow-up interview on Pulse 4, he explained that, as a former lead singer of the pop singer, he immediately had a suspicion. He also claimed that he still cared for Simone, but: “Don’t tell me like that. He hardly ever talks to me. Not really.”
For a short time he even had a dispute with the presenter Dori Bauer. The reason: Dominic Heinzl explained why a Croatian beer was shown at the Lippizaner as an indication. “That has to do with the Song Festival in Zagreb. It was ranked 10th at the time,” the Society reporter said. Dori Bauer cut him off and said Simone only finished 20th at the time. “That can’t be,” Heinzl interrupted. He doesn’t want to accept that. For good reason: In fact, Simone Stelzer landed in the top 10 in 1990 with the song “No more wall.” On “Masked Singer” it was enough for second place.
