On Friday night, eight new infections with the corona virus were registered in Vorarlberg. This means that 379 people in the country are currently testing positive.
So far, a total of 2,221 people in Vorarlberg have tested positive. 1,818 have already recovered, 24 have died. There were eight new infections from Thursday night through Friday at 8 a.m. Four were reported to have recovered during the same period.
17 people are hospitalized for corona disease, seven of them must be treated in the intensive care unit
Feldkirch is currently the most affected district (158 cases). They are followed by Bregenz (103), Dornbirn (83) and Bludenz (33). The country dashboard shows two people who are not domiciled in Vorarlberg.
Feldkirch is the negative leader among municipalities with 39 actively positive cases. They are followed by Dornbirn (38), Rankweil (37) and Bregenz (33).
The seven-day incidence, which should be below 50 by the end of the travel advisory, increased slightly again in Vorarlberg and is currently 77.1. This puts us just below Austria’s value of 77.4.
