In his latest Instagram story, Michael Wendler accuses the German government of gross violations of the constitution and announces his resignation from the DSDS jury.
Michael Wendler will not be sitting next to Dieter Bohlen in the new season of DSDS. “This is a decision I made for myself in the here and now,” says Wendler, justifying his departure from DSDS. “The station had no influence on this and did not make this decision by myself.” RTL has already confirmed the departure of the pop singer.
Wendler justifies his DSDS-off with a criticism of the German federal government: “I accuse the federal government of serious and grave violations of the constitution and the Basic Law with regard to the alleged corona pandemic and the resulting measures.”
“Harmonized and politically controlled”
Wendler also faces the media landscape in Germany. Almost all television stations are “politically synchronized and controlled.”
In his story, he calls on his fans to follow him on his Telegram account from now on. Only there would be no censorship, the singer said.
