Martin Harnik ends his professional career and moves to the 5th division!
A day after the contract at SV Werder Bremen was terminated, the former ÖFB team player joined TuS Dassendorf in the Hamburg Oberliga, where the 33-year-old signed a three-year contract. The German media report unanimously.
In his youth, Harnik played with current Dassendorf coach Jean-Pierre Richter at SC Vier- und Marschlande and already thought about a year ago in an interview about ending his career at Dassendorf: “Dassendorf definitely plays one for me. . “
In addition to Richter, his future brother-in-law, Mattia Maggio, would play there, and the 68-time A-team player is planning his center of life in this part of Hamburg.
