As of Sunday evening, 723 people were infected with the corona virus in Tyrol. Over the course of the day, 78 positive test results were added, a total of 113 as of Saturday night. 15 people had recovered from the virus. The situation in hospitals remained stable: 29 corona patients were treated there, only five of them in intensive care units.
239,006 tests have been conducted in the state to date. The “yellow” district of Innsbruck-Land had the highest number of infected people with 237, followed by the state capital Innsbruck, which changed to traffic light orange, with 219. This was followed by the “orange” district of Schwaz with 75.
Public appeal
Meanwhile, following a positive Corona case in the Kufstein district, the country launched a public appeal as a precautionary measure. People who attended a total of four religious services on September 30 and October 2 and 3 should take care of their health. The call concerned a service on September 30 at 6:00 pm in the parish church of Bad Häring, a funeral in the parish church of Kirchbichl on October 2 at 3:30 pm and in the parish church of Schwoich at 7:00 pm and a service on October 3 at 9:15 am again in Bad Häring.
