As a motorcyclist (35) wanted to retest his motorcycle on the B21 in the Wiener Neustadt district, he raced through the 70-180 km / h zone.
During a speed measurement carried out by employees of the Lower Austrian regional traffic department on the B21 in Gutenstein municipality, a cyclist passed them at excessive speed.
Too fast at 110 km / h
Contrary to the maximum permitted driving speed of 70 km / h prescribed for motorcycles in this area, a Viennese licensed motorcycle was measured in the “Rohrer Sattel” zone in the direction of Kalte Kuchl, with a driving speed of 180 km / h.
Complaint filed
The 35-year-old driver could be detained. The Croatian citizen justified himself by retesting the performance of his motorcycle before the end of the season. It is shown to the administrative authority of the district.
