Alois Höller continues his career in the Burgenland regional league. The 31-year-old, who comes from SV Mattersburg for free, signs a contract with ASV Siegendorf for the next year and a half.
The defensive all-rounder has played 329 competitive matches for SVM in his career so far, including 239 matches in the Bundesliga. Now Höller, who works full time as a teacher, plays in the fourth highest division and is teammates with Andreas Dober, Christopher Drazan and Philipp Prosenik.
“Höller was a dream player of our coach Josef Kühbauer and can be used in various positions both on offense and defensively. We are looking forward to the next first-class member of our team,” acclaim the burgenlanders.
