In a head-on collision between two cars in Salzburg on Saturday night, only the very drunk driver of the second vehicle was unharmed. The four occupants of the other car, driven by a 21-year-old, were injured and taken to the Salzburg University Hospital by the Red Cross, the Salzburg State Police Department reported Sunday morning. In the 29-year-old, 2.4 per thousand of alcohol was measured.

The man also did not have a valid driver’s license and was aggressive and uncooperative with police, he said. He had been denounced for several rapes. The two vehicles collided at 9:55 pm during a turning maneuver at the intersection of Sterneckgasse and Vogelweiderstraße.
