The Vienna Vikings secured their 15th football championship title on Saturday morning. The Viennese defeated the Graz Giants with 46:29 and decided the series “best of five” with 3-0 for them. This year’s championship was only played as a final series between these two teams due to the crown.
The Vikings, who had already won the first two games, were already 27:13 ahead at halftime. But his new quarterback Anthony Gargner Styrians who had traveled showed a clear improvement over the second game and still haven’t given up.
