Defamation trial
Bierwirt and Sigrid Maurer last met in court on September 11. The case has worried the judiciary for more than two years. The man accuses Green’s president of defamation after he posted a private Facebook message containing obscene content through social media in May 2018 that he received from the beer owner’s account.
