Soccer superstar Lionel Messi has harshly criticized FC Barcelona’s management. In an Instagram post, he said goodbye to his former teammate Luis Suárez, who had moved to Atlético de Madrid during the week.
“You should have deserved to be passed for who you are: one of the most important players in the history of the club,” Messi wrote, adding: “And that they don’t kick you out like them. The truth is me.” at this point nothing else surprises ”. Suárez, 33, was suggested to move after the signing of manager Ronald Koeman. Although he had a current contract until 2021, Barcelona allowed him to move to the Spanish capital for a comparatively low transfer fee of five million euros.

In a club statement, Barça wrote: “FC Barcelona wants to publicly thank Luis Suárez for his commitment and dedication and wishes him the best for the future.” Suárez is considered one of the culprits of last season’s botch, in which Barcelona played the championship and lost in the Champions League semifinals against Bayern Munich.
After moving from Liverpool to Barcelona in 2014, Suárez formed one of the best storm trios in the world with Messi and Neymar. “MSN”, as it was called, led Barcelona to victory in the 2015 Champions League. Suárez scored 198 goals in 283 appearances, plus 109 assists. The Uruguayan has a close friendship with Messi, in his message, Messi wrote: “How difficult it will be not to spend the day with you.”
It is not the first time that the superstar has attacked the club’s leadership in public. Messi announced his departure from Barcelona at the end of August but the club did not let him go. The 33-year-old then accepted his whereabouts and justified the decision by saying that he would never go to court against Barça. However, he accused the president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, of breaking his word. Messi’s contract expires in 2021, as does Bartomeus’ term.
