The man accuses Mandatar Verde of defamation after Maurer posted a private Facebook message with obscene content via social media that he had received the day before from the beer owner’s account. In it, he accused the business owner by name of having sent him the message, which the latter denies.

The owner of the beer claimed that his computer in the restaurant was freely accessible and that anyone could have written this message through his Facebook account. On September 11, when a verdict was expected, he presented the confession of an acquaintance. Then the hearing was postponed again.
