The good news of the day: The Paracelsusbad received the architecture award.
SALZBURG. The architecture prize is awarded every two years and is endowed with 10,000 euros. “The goal is to promote local building culture, appreciate the services provided and reach a larger audience for contemporary architecture,” says Lieutenant Governor Heinrich Schellhorn.
Explanation of the jury
“The Paracelso Bad not only fits into urban space, it is a new, self-confident, contemporary structure, both in function and form, at the same time an expression of today’s Salzburg, of the current needs of the people in this city ”was the reason for being the jury of the winner of the Architecture Prize of this year 2020.
