A 36-year-old man noticed a man on Sunday afternoon who was masturbating at the Achufer in Wolfurt.
On Sunday around 2:25 pm, a 36-year-old woman stood on the banks of the Bregenz Ache in Wolfurt. At approximately property level at Dammstrasse 68, she noticed a man in the Achufer who was masturbating in her direction, but did not expose her genitalia. When the 36-year-old woman took her mobile phone in hand, the stranger fled.
Description of the person
The man, aged about 25 to 30, about 180cm tall, slim stature, wore a black hooded sweater with attached hood, white shorts, and black sunglasses. Witnesses or other victims are asked to contact the Wolfurt police.
