Corona measures: the government loses approval

The government is losing some of its popularity, but remains in favor of Austrians at a high level, according to a poll by the opinion research institute Unique research for the news magazine profile emerged. Regarding the federal government’s crown measures, 54 percent believe the measures are sensible and understandable. 38 percent consider the measures inappropriate and incomprehensible.

Reception of refugees

When asked whether Austria should host children and young people from the Greek island of Moria, 36 percent answered that Austria has a moral obligation to host refugees. However, 56 percent say that Austria has already hosted large numbers of refugees and that local help is better. (n = 804, + -3.5%)
