The State Criminal Investigation Office (LKA) in Upper Austria also assumes that the company is repeatedly being falsely accused.

It concerns the shipment of slag to Mydlovary in the Czech Republic. Several proceedings against RLS-tech have already been discontinued for the cause, the LKA confirmed at the request of the APA. According to criminologists, the reward awarded is exceptionally high.
