Seven new infections

Since Monday night, seven new positive corona cases have been added in Vorarlberg. During the same period, one person was reported to have recovered.
In Vorarlberg, 1,197 people had tested positive for the corona virus as of Tuesday lunchtime. Of these, 1,069 people recovered and 20 people died.
From Monday to Tuesday, seven new positive results were added. They come from the communities Dornbirn, Feldkirch and Götzis.
Since only one person was reported to be healthy again in the same period, the number of those who actively tested positive has risen to 108.
Currently, six Covid patients are being treated in the hospital, one of them in the intensive care unit.
Dornbirn with most cases
The Dornbirn district currently has the most active corona cases (41). They are followed by Feldkirch (25), Bregenz (23) and Bludenz (19).
Currently there are active corona cases in 21 of the 96 municipalities. Most of them in Dornbirn (20), Hohenems (17) and Bludenz (12).
Seven-day incidence
The seven-day incidence shows the new cases from the last seven days per 100,000 inhabitants. Regions that exceed the value of 20 are at risk of turning yellow at the Corona traffic light. But because other indicators are also included on the Corona stoplight, affected districts may also remain green. In Vorarlberg, the Dornbirn district is well above the limit, but the Feldkirch and Bludenz districts are also slightly above.
