Large police force in Bad Vigaun

Opponents of the planned 380 kV line marched on the Rengerberg in Bad Vigaun (Tennengau) in the early hours of Tuesday morning. They demonstrate against planned cleaning work. There is a large police force on site.
Around 15 activists have gathered in Rengerberg. A demonstration, which had been registered as a vigil, directly on the property of the Federal Forests had been banned beforehand, reports the ORF. Activists have been demonstrating in the driveway since the early hours of the morning.

“The situation is currently calm. The Hallein District Commission is present as the responsible authority. As a policeman, we only go into action if ordered by the district administration, ”reports police spokesman Hans Wolfgruber on Tuesday morning when asked on S24.
