The dispute broke out on Saturday around 2:30 pm at the Linzer. Breitwiesergutstrasse. A 29-year-old from Linz assaulted another 34-year-old in an apartment building because his girlfriend was staying with him. The 29-year-old is said to have threatened the old man with a knife. The 34-year-old defended himself by hitting his opponent with a telescopic stick.
The beating continued in front of the house: the 34-year-old and two companions, 19 and 23, beat the 29-year-old and his 33-year-old friend with a telescopic stick and baseball bats. When the police arrived at the scene, the attackers had disappeared. The 29-year-old suffered multiple injuries.
The police have now investigated everyone involved. They will be displayed.
