ÖVP no longer fears a massive attack on the right to demonstrate
Vienna (OTS) – According to German media reports, Chancellor Kurz wants to check whether the Austrians have also participated in the Corona demonstrations in Berlin, there are indications. “The ÖVP Interior Minister Nehammer proudly reported on the complaint of a Turkish spy in Austria and the ÖVP Chancellor Kurz is now calling for foreign espionage against the Austrians in Berlin. Is Kurz now following in Erdogan’s footsteps? Did BVT informants in Germany monitor innocent Austrian citizens during COVID demonstrations? The ÖVP apparently does not shy away from anything on the way to the totalitarian surveillance state, ”said NAbg, president of the FPÖ club. Herbert Kickl was stunned today.
“The right to demonstrate is a valuable asset and is constitutionally protected for good reason. And when the Austrians peacefully demonstrate against the madness of the Crown in Berlin, they are exercising their constitutionally guaranteed right, ”said Kickl. If someone should have committed a crime, that is up to the German authorities anyway.
“The ÖVP apparently prefers to use the security apparatus against its own citizens and does not shy away from a massive attack on the right to demonstrate,” Kickl criticized. “Smearing critics of the black-green crown insanity as life-threatening and crown denier is apparently no longer enough for the ÖVP, now people who think differently should really feel intimidated.”
“For Kurz, fundamental rights and freedoms are obviously a foreign word. Where do we go, what do we say, who do we meet, and if they could, the ÖVP would also want to control what we think. Greetings from the GDR, ”Kickl said.
