In Munich, a man grabbed an 11-year-old boy he did not know and threw himself in front of a car with him. Because the driver was only traveling at low speed and was able to brake hard, the Austrian boy was unharmed except for abrasions, as announced by police on Tuesday.

Man discharged from psychiatric hospital
