The boy was visiting Munich with his parents. Suddenly, a man grabbed the eleven-year-old boy and threw himself in front of a moving car. Fortunately, the driver was traveling at low speed, reacted quickly, and was able to brake hard. The boy, who comes from Wals (Salzburg area), only suffered abrasions.

According to the police, the attacker is a man who was recently discharged from psychiatry. He had to spend the weekend there because he had set off the fire alarm at a homeless shelter. Immediately after the incident, the family was treated by the police.

A police officer was so badly injured in the knee that he was temporarily unable to work.
