All state zoos will reopen on May 15, admission prices range from € 3.50 to € 7 for children, € 7 to € 15.50 for adults, and the Wels Zoo is free to visit. A day later, the Biology Center in Linz reopens with free admission, followed by other museums such as Los Lentos on June 2 with 4.50 euros for children.
The classic family outing, the Grottenbahn am Pöstlingberg, will reopen starting May 29 for adults for € 5.90 and for children for € 3.50. The Ikuna Indian World in Natterbach has received visitors since May 8 for € 14.50. Other outdoor attractions follow such as the treetop trail in Kopfing (from May 16) and Keltendorf in Mitterkirchen (May 18) and Gassel Cave in Ebensee (May 30).
Alternatives for bad weather include the Welser Kartbahn for eleven euros for a ten minute session, the Bowling Center Linz Pasching for € 2.20 for children and € 3.80 for adults, and from May 29 Aquapulco Bad Schallerbach again with the pirate world for all children for 11.50 euros and young people from 16 euros per day.

Urfix return in the fall?
Linz business advisor Bernhard Baier (ÖVP) has the prospect of an attraction in the fall: He wants to open the Urfahraner fair in Linz. “Whether in the usual way or in another alternative format,” Baier thinks of a press release on a decentralized deployment like at the Oktoberfest in Munich. This could avoid large crowds and comply with Corona’s safety regulations. He plans to invite showman, restaurateurs and market trade, as well as the Chamber of Commerce, to find a practical solution together.
