Hello again GmbH is a joint venture of the founders of runtastic and Szene1. The team has more than 16 years of community building and mobile software development experience, as well as experience in IT security and customer requirements in retail. In 2013, the first projects in the management of digital customer cards were implemented using contactless customer loyalty cards. Other development steps followed by integrating digital customer loyalty cards into existing customer applications. The startup has more than 250 clients in seven countries.
In Austria, the startup was able to establish itself as number 2 after JÖ in three years. The company now wants to establish a similar position in other countries, with a clear focus on Germany, where more than 25 clients are already using the hello again solution. The growth also led to the fact that the main office in Pasching became too small. In addition to the sales offices in Vienna and Munich, from June there will be a new headquarters in Leonding.
