Around 7 a.m. On May 11, a serious traffic accident occurred on the B16 between Ebreichsdorf and Münchendorf. At the recycling company level, a truck wanted to shut down the B16 at the company premises. The next driver of the car would no longer be able to brake or avoid and hit the truck. The car was thrown off the road, seriously damaged and stopped in an adjacent field.
The injured driver and the seriously injured passenger were treated for the first time by ASB Ebreichsdorf paramedics. The co-pilot had previously had to be released from the vehicle by the alarmed emergency services of the Münchendorf and Achau fire departments using a vertebral table. He was stabilized by the emergency doctor and brought to UKH Miedling.
The driver was taken to the hospital in Baden from the Oberwaltersdorf Red Cross ambulance with injuries of an undetermined degree. The accident car was borrowed from the Münchendorf fire department.
