A 20-year-old girl’s birthday party with her siblings and friends at her parents’ garden house in St. Veit / Glan has gotten out of control. During a dispute with the father, he hit and threatened his son (22) and drowned the daughter in the middle.
Surveys on the site showed that the 53-year-old man had shot three times two hours before the confrontation with a weapon, but this is supposed to have nothing to do with the threat. Police confiscated the pistol and two other firearms, the father was temporarily arrested and is being reported.
Son and daughter attacked: no entry
An address and an entry ban, as well as a provisional arms ban, were pronounced against him. An immediate hearing was not possible due to the alcoholization of the parties.
