Work is currently underway on a plan to allow travel to countries that currently have the spread of the coronavirus under control: in addition to Germany, this should also affect the Czech Republic, Greece, Croatia, Israel, Norway and Denmark.
These countries could form an alliance of “smart countries”. However, this should happen with safety precautions: you must then perform a coronavirus test no later than your arrival, or quarantine. Germany is still holding back and wants a solution for the entire EU area.
