Why the numbers on the board may differ
The AGES Covid-19 panel extracts its data exclusively from the Epidemiological Registry (EMS) and is updated once a day at 2 p.m. The EMS is the official registry that district authorities and laboratories enter. In the Ministry of the Interior, however, the figures are collected as part of the daily videoconference of state crisis and disaster management at the Operations and Coordination Center (EKC). These figures may include cases that are not yet registered with EMS.
