Austria Klagenfurt lost 2-1 in the 2nd division to FC Juniors OÖ on Friday and were unable to close the gap with the superior duo FC Liefering and SV Lafnitz. The league leaders who are not eligible for promotion and the surprising chaser have a chance to walk away for the weekend and extend their lead to nine and eight points respectively. GAK won the hit of the afternoon against Wacker Innsbruck 3-0.
In Pasching, Carinthians raced after a penalty goal by Fabian Benko (25th) and a goal by Thomas Sabitzer (32nd) before the break for 0-2. Markus Pink only achieved the connecting goal (40th). In the end Klagenfurt coach Robert Micheu (86th) was sentenced to the stands for criticism of the traffic light card and later Simon Straudi (92nd) was also excluded for stealing goals.

For Innsbruck, a series of five undefeated matches including four victories ended with a 0: 3 at GAK, which topped Wacker in the table. The fourth Grazers, like the third Klagenfurt, have 20 points, the Tyrolese have one point less than the sixth. Wacker played in Graz in the first half without incident and without offensive power. Match winner Mihajlovic for GAK
“Joker” Slobodan Mihajlovic became the winner of the match.
