Attendees at President Trump’s rally in Michigan on Thursday told Lawrence Jones, Hannity’s election correspondent, that they support Republicans because they “say they like it.”
“Why are you supporting the president?” Jones asked a woman wearing a “maga” hat.
“Because he says like that,” she replied. The other two women told Jones that “it’s real.” One person hinted that Trump was “telling the truth.”

He told Jones, “If you ask me, I think we’re surrounded by crowds of people who don’t tell us the truth.”
Others present at the rally said they did not believe in the vote in which former Vice President Joe Biden was defeating Trump in the 2020 election.
When asked if Biden has a shot to win Michigan, the first lady said, “No, he’s conscious.” One person similarly criticized Biden’s public representations, saying “he can’t even finish the whole sentence.”

Biden shows Trump’s leading nine percentage points among registered voters in a poll by Monmouth University published early on Thursday.
However, a majority of voters (48 percent vs. 43 percent) said they believe Trump will win the election.
