Atlanta fire investigators said Thursday that two other suspects were arrested in connection with Wendy’s arson case, which took place at the same location where Rayshard Brooks was shot dead by city police.
Chisom Kingston, 23, and John Wade, 33, were charged with first-degree arson and were booked into the Fulton County Jail, according to Fox 5.
This news comes less than two weeks after the arrest of 29-year-old Natalie White, whom Brooks, 27, identified as his girlfriend in camera footage from the body of the shooting last month. Since then it has been released with a $ 10,000 bonus.
ATLANTA INVESTIGATORS IDENTIFY THE SUSPECT IN THE WENDY’S ARSON CASE
Former Atlanta Police Officer Garrett Rolfe and Officer Devin Brosnan turned themselves in to police last month, just a day after the Fulton County District Attorney filed charges against them for Brooks’ death.
According to reports, authorities estimated that at least 10 attempts were made to set the Wendy’s on fire.
Anyone with pertinent information related to the case should call Georgia Arson Control at 1-800-282-5804, or Crime Stoppers at 404-547-TIPS (8477).
