The 73-year-old California actor and former Republican governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, revealed on social media on Thursday that he had undergone heart surgery.
In the post, which was shared on both Instagram and Twitter, Schwarzenegger shared that his erotic valve has been replaced at Cleveland Clinic Medical Center in Ohio.
A defective aortic valve is not what you want Keeping in mind that it helps blood to flow from the heart and the rest of the body. It can also lead to aortic stenosis, and is as common as people age. Others, like Schwarzenegger, have had heart problems throughout their lives due to congenital heart defects.
Schwarzenegger posted that he was already feeling better.
He wrote on Instagram, “I look weird and am already walking the streets of Cleveland enjoying your amazing statues.” “Thanks to every doc[tor] And the nurses on my team! ”
This is not her first heart surgery
Following a previous pulmonary valve replacement in 1997, Schwarzenegger underwent open heart surgery two years ago to replace the pulmonary valve.
“Governor Schwarzenegger’s pulmonary valve was successfully replaced and he is currently recovering from surgery and is in a stable condition,” said Schwarzenegger’s spokesman, Daniel Cachel Tweeted In 2018.
The pulmonary valve helps blood flow from the heart to the lungs. Issues with these valves can lead to pulmonary valve stenosis and pulmonary valve regurgitation.
Schwarzenegger is not a politician before fighting issues of the heart, and he does not discriminate against the party line. President Donald Trump’s medical records show he had a common type of heart disease, including former presidential candidate Vermont Sen in 2018. Bernie Sanders suffered a heart attack in 2019.
