RUFFORD, Illinois – An active duty member of the military has been charged with murder following a military shooting at the Bling Ling Alley complex, killing three people and injuring three others, officials said Sunday.

“Two teenage victims were taking meals. It’s also a good arrangement,” O’Cia said. “They weren’t in the Bar area.”
