Armed bystanders in Louisiana shot three people down the road from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport Saturday afternoon, killing three people, including the suspect, according to Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office fees.
The sheriff said in a statement that deputies arriving are located at the scene of several gunshot wounds. “Three people were pronounced dead at the scene, and two people were taken to a local hospital for treatment. The condition of the two transported victims is stable.”
According to officials, it is located west of New Orleans, Mattari, La. The incident took place near the gun shop and shooting range on the 6700 block of Airline Drive in, and armed men helped subdue the gunman, officials said.
“At this point, it appears that a suspect shot the two victims inside the location, then engaged them and was shot outside the scene by several other individuals.” “The suspect is one of the dead on the scene.”
It is not immediately clear that good Samaritans are customers, outlet employees or people outside the store.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ New Reliance Office said it was sending special agents to help local officials investigate.

Jefferson Parish Sheriff J. Lopinto was expected to give a news briefing at 5 p.m., local time.
Advocate Ramon Vargas of New Reliance wrote on Twitter that he saw scenes arranged outside the Jefferson Gun Outlet and two screens to protect the body from a handgun on the ground.
According to the sheriff’s fee, the shooting happened about two months after two men were found dead in Mataari after a shooting the day before Christmas.

In that case, police responded to reports of a possible shooting and found both victims in a car outside the Street apartment building on Yale Street.
Two weeks earlier, four other men had been shot in the head, two of them fatally.
