Ari Fleischer: Mainstream media commit ‘delay of duty’ by not reporting on Hunter Biden

The press was doing its job, following a New York Post report on Hunter Biden’s foreign business, former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer told “Out Numbered Overtime” on Thursday.

Fleischer, a contributor to Fox News, added, “The New York Post was on something and the news was over.”

The presidential election week saw an unprecedented media blackout surrounding the post’s explosive reporting. It was also revealed through recordings leaked by Project Veritas that CNN President Jeff Zucker and CNN Political Director David Chalian urged staff to avoid the scam.

Post’s reporting was fired and after media members described it as a “basic conspiracy theory,” a “smear campaign,” and a “Russian antagonism,” it was confirmed by Hunter Biden on Wednesday that his “tax matters” in Delaware were under investigation. Too much to ignore the media in the end.

On Thursday, Fleischer drew attention to the questionable economic dealings involving the hunter Biden and the wife of the former mayor of Moscow.

“The press ignored that story, too,” Fleischer said.

“This is serious,” he added. “I don’t think it’s the last time the president’s child had a real ongoing federal criminal investigation.

“I don’t know if it ever was done, so this is real serious from a criminal standpoint and of course the same id raises immediate questions about Biden and his appointment. [be] The future of the Attorney General and the influence of the White House on the Attorney General and the Department of Justice, “he added.

“I can’t imagine that Biden would not be pressured to appoint an independent adviser to handle this investigation.”

Host Harris Faulkner asked Fleischer what he would say to critics who say “President Trump’s children have also been watched,” referring to the Russia investigation.

“None of the Trump kids had a formal formal criminal investigation,” Fleischer replied. “There was a general check on the connection where he took them and he took them there to see [Former Trump campaign chairman] Paul Manafort, he took them to other places, but there was nothing in them. ”

He noted that there was “not enough evidence” against Trump, adding that “obviously” there was “only B Biden’s son”.

The president-elect has not said whether he is a Delaware U.S. citizen. The attorney will be committed to keeping his son’s investigation into his position in the new administration. The Biden team did not respond to Fox News’ repeated questions on the matter.
