Are Ellen DeGeneres and Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss friends?


Talk show host and cabaret artist Ellen DeGeneres’ day has been a hot topic these days. Amid accusations of toxic work environment at The Ellen DeGeneres Show, some ask her if her friendship with DJ Stephen “tWitch” Boss is real. Is it all a deed for TV?

Everyone who watches The Ellen Show has witnessed DJ and resident dancer, tWitch and his hip-hop talents. He first star-starred in 2012, then again in 2013, but has been a mainstay since 2014.

Before joining DeGeneres, tWitch – who got his nickname from his ‘popping and locking’ dance style – appeared in many notable reality television dance competitions, such as Star Search en The Wade Robson Project in 2003.

tWitch has a long list of credits to its name only Ellen Show fans probably remember him from Fox’s thin competition, That you think you can dance.

His time in the series in 2005 is memorable, as his friend Hokuto “Hok” Konishi knocked him out of the top 20.. TWitch returned for season 4, made the top 20, and became a runner-up in the finals.

By 2010, tWitch was chosen as a SYTYCD all-star dancer for season 7. He also became a returning guest judge through 2018.

When tWitch joined The Ellen Show in 2014 he was already a star of his own. Playing a pretend DJ for one of America’s most beloved talk shows offered the dancer a wider audience and fame.

DeGeneres’ name remains in the news as investigations are conducted into those allegations of ‘toxic work environment’. Some celebrities agree with reports, e.g. Everyone loves Raymond star Brad Garrett who tweeted his knowledge about the allegations.

‘Sorry, but it’s coming from above,’ he said tweeted. ‘Know more than one who was treated terribly by her. General knowledge. ”

Others have come out in defense of the talk show host, including Ashton Kutcher, Diane Keaton, Jay Leno, and more. Now, tWitch speaks out with his feelings about DeGeneres and his time on the show.

‘We can not talk about it too much legally, but I will say this, there has been love. Of course there are some things to tackle, but from my point of view and from countless others there has been love, ‘he told Us Weekly.

‘I’ll just leave it at that for a while so that we can address this more publicly. There has been love and there will continue to be love. ‘

The DJ added that although he is ready to return to work, he will miss the time he will spend with Mrs. Allison Holker and her children.

‘All that time can be at home, with the kids and the family and all that, it’s just like you know the day they are fun,’ OK, everything’s done, everyone goes back to work, ‘I think everyone is going to have a little bit of divorce anxiety, ”he said.

tWitch is committed to a common language regarding The Ellen Show accusations. But he has expressed in other interviews how “blessed” he feels to be part of the show.

‘You know, there have not been too many performances where you feel it every day and build a real love from front to back. And the audience, so happy to be there and ready to dance and ready to laugh and have a good time, ”he told E! News.

Neither did tWitch and Ellen openly jump over each other on and off the show. Although there is no hard and fast evidence of both “we are actually friends”, both have said most as often as possible.

DeGeneres has also recruited tWitch for some of its other projects, as well Ellen’s Game of Games – what she tends to do with her close friends. One glimpse at her profiles on social media shows that her friendship probably extends beyond the cameras.
