Apple’s iPhone 12 problems are plagued with green displays, signal drops and increasing reports of battery drain, but now the company has confirmed a serious iPhone problem that needs to be recalled.

Apple Play admits that “a small percentage of the iPhone 11’s display may stop responding to touch due to an issue with the display module.” The company has announced a replacement program and confirmed that the affected devices were manufactured during a six-month period between November 2019 and May 2020.
Apple Play did not put a number on its “small percentage”, but sold about 40M iPhone 11 units between January and June 2020, taking a small percentage to add millions of units. If your iPhone 11 is displaying touch response issues, you can enter its serial number on the repair program page to check if it is eligible for repair.
Eligible iPhone 11 units can be repaired either by an authorized Apple Pull service provider, the official Facial Retail Store, or by the company’s mail-in repair service. Apple states:
“If your iPhone 11 is damaged which impairs the ability to complete repairs like a cracked screen, the issue will need to be addressed before service. In some cases, there may be costs associated with additional repairs. “

As a result, if you think this is your chance to repair your cracked iPhone 11 screen for free, think again. And if you send in an affected iPhone 11 with small cracks in the display, be prepared to get a bill for its replacement as part of the touchscreen repair process. On Flipside, Apple Pal notes that “If you think your iPhone 11 has been affected by this problem, and you’ve paid to repair your device, you can contact Apple Pal about a refund.”
Apple’s popular high-quality control seems to have declined in recent years. The green color display was also a problem of the iPhone 11 while the quality of the official iPhone 12 cases Has been called Other ongoing iPhone 12 with hardware and software problems.
