There has been some controversy over the Devotion LMG following the season 6 update.

Apex players frustrated with season 6 meta 6

Last season saw the Devotion LMG as ‘Devo’ added to the floor floor in Apex Legends, making it much easier for players to find in-game.

The high power of the weapon makes it one of the best guns in the game and now with reduced time to kill, almost every squad will seek to get their hands on one.

NRG Lulu

Apex Legends content creator, LuluLuvely, was one of the few to share frustrations about today’s meta, calling on Respawn to include the Devo back in healthcare packages.

TSM ImperialHal

TSM star ImperialHal also highlighted some of the other weapons in the meta, claiming that there was no skill gap in Apex Legends after some of the damage buffs.

“The methane of the gun is now completely trash. Every gun is so brain dead without recoil with insane amount of damage,” he added.

Snip3down

Halo veteran snip3down also voiced his criticism, claiming that, despite being a fan of some of the new changes, the reduction in weapons and health from 200 to 175 hurt the game.

He also pointed out a bug where weapons like the Volt and Devotion have reduced the audio volume, which could lead to some confusing gunfights.

CLG ImMadness

CLG pro ImMadness shared an alleged conversation with twitter account Apex Legends, asking for 10,000 retweets to address the gun and gun vote.

While there were concerns about the legitimacy of the screenshot, the retweet target was hit within hours, suggesting that many players feel alike about the latest changes.

SoaR Jonny

SoaR Jonny admitted that he has added many of the new features ‘really fun’ to season 6. That said, he is not happy about the Devotion, claiming it would be a “slap in the face” if changes were not made. made.

Despite receiving some backlog from Apex players, it is not yet clear if Respawn has any intention of returning any of the weapons and health / weapon changes in season 6.
