Antoine Griezmann has spoken about the upcoming Champions League and appears to be in a fairly confident mood ahead of Friday’s meeting with Bayern Munich.
The France international says he is hoping to stay in Portugal until the very end of the tournament and feels that Barca have something it takes to exclude the Bundesliga champions.
‘I packed my suitcase as if we were staying until August 23rd. I brought my PlayStation and everything, ”he said.
“We look forward, we have worked tactically well and we are ready to play the game. We know it will be difficult, but we know what we need to do to qualify for the semi-finals. It will be a very good match. ”
“We hope to benefit from the quality we have. We are in a good moment and we can play a good game. We need to be together, front and back, and try to have the ball as much as possible. “

Speculations prior to the game have suggested that Griezmann will not be able to play against Bayern on Friday. Sport has reported that Quique Setien will instead go with a four-man midfield, meaning Griezmann will start on the bench.
