Another pro-Trump ad uses footage from Russia

The same footage is available on Shutterstock by a user of the same name, whose profile is linked to Konstantin Mikidov’s Facebook page, indicating his location as the Russian city of Novosibirsk in Siberia. He did not respond to requests for comment sent through his Pond 5 and Facebook accounts.

Two seconds after the ad, an older woman appears on the screen with the line “High Texas on Middle Class Return.” That footage, labeled “Old Woman Out of the Window Watching Stock Video,” sells for $ 60 on i-stock photos. Other terms that footage also appears on the website are: “Belarus, senior adults, frustration – sadness, sadness, loneliness.”

He is the creator of the footage “Zdima 4”. The user’s name is profiled on the stock views website Dreamtime and lists the name “Vyacheslav Rutkowski.” Rutkauski has a LinkedIn profile that says he is a photographer in Belarus and uses Zidima4 as a nickname. He did not respond to a request for comment.
