Kansas City, Mo. – An amber warning was issued Saturday afternoon for two girls in Kansas.
The Kansas Bureau is investigating Investig 7, and Noen Jackson, 3. They were last seen in the 14900 block of Hillside Road in Leavenworth.
Nora has blonde-brown shoulder-length hair, slender build and blue or hazel eyes. She is unaware of what she was last seen wearing. Avon also has blonde hair, blue eyes and a slender build.
The Levenworth County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call at 1:16 p.m. in the 14900 block of Hillside Road, where deputies located two dead teenage men at the residence answered and found Nora and Avon missing.
The girls’ father, Donnie Jackson, is suspected of kidnapping. Donnie Jackson, 40, is 5’11 “and weighs 190 pounds. He has long brown hair, with a slight reddish tinge and blue eyes. He also has a full beard. He is unaware of what he finally wore.
Officers did not know which direction they were traveling, but Donnie Jackson drives a black 2008 Honda Accord with a Kansas license 266 MXB.
