Our favorite wireless gaming mouse is down to a new lower price today

Today’s Dealmaster is spearheaded by a new low price for Razer’s Viper Ultimate Wireless Gaming Mouse, which is currently down to $ 100 on Amazon as part of a larger one-day sale of Gold Box on Razer gaming products . Typically, the Viper Ultimate sells for closer to $ 130 online.

The Viper Ultimate is the top gaming recommendation in our guide to the best wireless mice. It’s expensive, even at this discounted price, but it’s tremendous in both comfort and performance. It is lightweight at 74 grams, and while its relatively flat shape makes it slightly better for claws and fingertips than palms, it is large enough to be comfortable for most people. Mainly made of plastic, but firmly built, with rubberized grip sides, elastic click buttons, and smoothly sliding PTFE feet. Its scroll wheel might be faster, but it’s accurate, and while it unfortunately uses microUSB instead of USB-C, it can work with an included (and highly flexible) cable. It has minimal RGB lighting built into the logo on the front of the mouse, but for a gaming mouse, its effects are minimal enough to work in an office.

Beyond that, the Viper Ultimate should be free from precision, latency, or responsiveness. It has a high tracking speed (up to 650 IPS) and a massive IPC range of 150 to 20,000. You will never need to increase sensitivity that A lot, but because you can adjust it in 50 CPI increments, this all means that you have room to adjust your mouse to a place that’s comfortable for you, whether it’s for nerve-shooting games or everyday office work. You can switch between five different sensitivity presets from the mouse. This is also a truly ambidextrous design, with a pair of macro buttons on either side, so left-handers aren’t left out.
