Alabama adds 1,758 astonishing cases of coronavirus since yesterday


The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Alabama continues to skyrocket.

The Alabama Department of Public Health’s 10 am numbers on July 3 show 41,362 cases of COVID-19, an increase of 1,758 per day, a record. The 7-day case average is now a record 1,092. Hospitalizations also reached their highest level, reaching 843.

There have been 983 deaths, 22 more than yesterday. ADPH said 430,128 people have been evaluated with 22,082 recoveries.
