Typo on Apple Paul’s UK website caused an alarm when it showed the AirPods Max battery replacement would be 9309 (would 410) in the country, while it was $ 79 in the US.
Fortunately, this soon became known as the Typo, and the actual price in the UK is £ 75 ($ 99). UK prices include 20% sales tax while U.S. prices. Taxes are allowed earlier, which makes the comparable UK cost 62.50 (83) or slightly higher than the US price.

[…] Thanks though, it looks like it was just typo. Apple Play updated its UK website last night, and it now shows AirPods Max battery replacement priced at P75.
The AirPods Max battery replacement is free with Apple Plucker, priced at $ 59 in the US.
Surprisingly, now given the 12-14 week shipping time, eBay scalpers are in place, with the AirPods Max price range of 1,500.
